The demonstration website, available at https://facet-demo.facetscore.com , illustrates how FacetScore can hone in on specific Facets in content, and then understand the Sentiment behind them.
Demonstration scope
The demonstration provides a subset of FacetScore's Facet Identification Stage, and is designed to highlight our ability to extract meaning from text.
We focus on the following five key Facets:
- Staff: FacetScore evaluates customer-staff interactions by analyzing key indicators of professionalism, friendliness, and service quality, providing detailed insights into the human elements of customer experience.
- Atmosphere: Through sophisticated natural language processing, the system assesses the overall ambiance and environmental factors that contribute to customer satisfaction and comfort within a venue.
- Food: The platform conducts comprehensive analysis of dining-related feedback, examining everything from menu diversity and food presentation to taste and overall culinary experience.
- Location: FacetScore evaluates geographical and accessibility aspects, processing customer feedback about venue findability, convenience, and location-based advantages or challenges.
- Drinks: The system provides detailed analysis of drink-related experiences, including variety, quality, service efficiency, and overall satisfaction with beverage offerings.
The demonstration works with any content you type in too - just choose "Type my own" from the dropdown menu, and you can enter your content in any supported language.
This Facet Identification Stage is an early part of the FacetScore process. In the full version of the service, further processing is carried out in order to generate the FacetScore and identify insights and recommendations.

FacetScore supports more than just English
FacetScore is trained and tested on several languages. We support English, Japanese, Korean, and Thai - but we can perform extractions in other languages as well. We have included some examples in these languages too.

Japanese
In this example, the post shows a mixed opinion about the staff and the drinks.
Thai
In this Thai example, the customer had an overall good experience.
Korean
In Korean, the customer particularly liked the drinks.
