FacetScore Spring 2025 Update: Higher Accuracy, Product Reviews Support, and 20 % Faster

GLASGOW, 2025-05-12: Arkilon Ltd., the Scottish business-intelligence and product-development company, today announces major updates to its FacetScore platform, expanding the technology’s reach across new sectors.

Over the past few months we have enhanced both the accuracy and the versatility of our FacetScore models. The improvements below are available to all customers right now:

  • Hotel review insights. Updated embeddings and fine-tuning capture more nuance—including colloquial language and slang—raising extraction accuracy to about 98 percent.*
  • Product review support. FacetScore now analyses product feedback. The first models focus on fashion and apparel, but the underlying insights apply broadly. Enterprise/API customers can start processing product reviews immediately; Amazon and Shopify integrations will follow later in 2025.

  • Faster processing. API and model tuning have cut end-to-end processing times by 20 percent.
