We can provide API level access to all the features of FacetScore, including connecting social media accounts and linking review sites.

The integration with FacetScore unlocks the ability to perform sentiment analysis of all of a company's online touch-points with their customers. This includes social media, review sites, forum comments - pretty much any source.

For some business types, we also conduct impartial inspections (relevant for the hospitality industry), where we mystery shop these businesses and provide our own impartial feedback.

As an Enterprise Integration customer, you are also able to use the outputs from FacetScore to enhance your own product offering, and you control how these outputs are shown to your customers.

Essentially, the Enterprise Integration gives you access to the raw data that FacetScore generates to use within your own application, with very few restrictions*.

We can work with your development team to implement the API, or handle the integration work for you.

How does this match with GDPR / APPI?

Arkilon Ltd will act as a third party processor on your behalf, and should be disclosed to your customers in line with your current procedures. Our Data Processing Agreement for FacetScore also still applies and we will make sure we continue to uphold our strict standards of privacy and security.
